How do I place an order?

Tap any “Order on WhatsApp” button on this site. It opens WhatsApp with your selected drink, size and quantity already filled in. Just add your name, pickup or delivery preference, and send. We confirm within minutes during opening hours.

Are your ingredients fresh?

Always. We cut fruit, brew tea and churn our ice cream bases fresh every day. We use real fruit, ceremonial-grade matcha, Belgian chocolate and single-origin espresso — never artificial essence or powder where fresh is possible.

Do you offer custom toppings?

Yes. Most drinks can be customised with extra tapioca pearls, popping boba, cheese foam, pudding, grass jelly or an extra espresso shot. Just mention your toppings in the WhatsApp message and we’ll build it your way.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices shown on our menu are exclusive of tax — applicable tax is added on top. There are no other hidden charges. Delivery may carry a small rider fee depending on your distance, which we confirm on WhatsApp before dispatch.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open every day from 12:00 PM until late — until midnight on weekdays and 2:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. WhatsApp orders are accepted throughout opening hours.

Do you cater for events and bulk orders?

Absolutely. We handle birthdays, office gatherings and events with bulk bubble tea, coffee and ice cream. Message us on WhatsApp at least a day ahead with your headcount and we’ll put together a package.
