Yes. CO3 is based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi and serves customers across Bahria Town Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 through pickup and WhatsApp ordering. Delivery availability and rider fee depend on your exact address and are confirmed before dispatch.

Question 3

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Tap any “Order on WhatsApp” button on this site. It opens WhatsApp with your selected drink, size and quantity already filled in. Just add your name, pickup or delivery preference, and send. We confirm within minutes during opening hours.

Question 4

Are your ingredients fresh?

Accepted Answer

Always. We cut fruit, brew tea and churn our ice cream bases fresh every day. We use real fruit, ceremonial-grade matcha, Belgian chocolate and single-origin espresso — never artificial essence or powder where fresh is possible.

Question 5

Do you offer custom toppings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most drinks can be customised with extra tapioca pearls, popping boba, cheese foam, pudding, grass jelly or an extra espresso shot. Just mention your toppings in the WhatsApp message and we’ll build it your way.

Question 6

Do you have seasonal drinks?

Accepted Answer

We rotate a seasonal menu throughout the year — fresh mango drinks in summer, Kashmiri chai and warm matcha in winter, plus limited campaign specials. Check our Offers page and Instagram for what’s pouring right now.

Question 7

Do your prices include tax?

Accepted Answer

All prices shown on our menu are exclusive of tax — applicable tax is added on top. There are no other hidden charges. Delivery may carry a small rider fee depending on your distance, which we confirm on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Question 8

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We’re open every day from 12:00 PM until late — until midnight on weekdays and 2:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. WhatsApp orders are accepted throughout opening hours.

Question 9

Do you cater for events and bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We handle birthdays, office gatherings and events with bulk bubble tea, coffee and ice cream. Message us on WhatsApp at least a day ahead with your headcount and we’ll put together a package.
